The message is "unable to create with file system error(65535)".
I can't even make any file, and copying is blocked too.
But I can make some file or directory in the local drive.
And I can copy any files from the network drive.
But, Another PC who use same network drive can use all function(copying and make files
and folders.. )
How can I fix this error.

Hi Yunbaekim,

Thank you for posting the issue on the Microsoft Community Forums.

Based on the description provided, it looks like you are facing an issue while creating a
new file in network directory.

It would be great if you could answer these questions in order to assist you further.

1.     Is there any security software installed on your computer?
2.     Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

The error message 65535 occurs due to the system file corruption.

I would suggest you to perform a SFC Scan and check.

a)      Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt,
and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password
or for a confirmation, type the password, or clickAllow
b)      Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
[The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect
versions with correct Microsoft versions.]
After the scan has completed, close the command prompt window, restart the computer
and check.

Note: If there is any security software installed on your computer, I would suggest you to
disable the same and check if it helps.

Disable security software: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Disable-
antivirus-software
Note: If you have to temporarily disable security software, you should re-enable it as
soon as you're done.

If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled,
your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Keep us updated on the status of the issue.
