Tentative Tour Program

Day 01st –
Departure from Pune to Chandigarh(CDG) by 22685 YPRS Kranti Exp at 09.00 am. (Train Runs
only on Sunday)

Day 02nd –(Chandigarh – Shimla / 120 KMS – 5HRS)

Arrival Chandigarh Railway Station at 06.20 pm. Proceed for Shimla by bus, on the way dinner
Arrival Shimla hotel check in & overnight stay at hotel (Shimla)

Day 03rd –
After breakfast Proceed to Kufri. Full day Enjoy at Kufri. (Lunch Not Included in Package). Back
to hotel, Dinner & overnight stay at hotel. (Shimla)

Day 04th –(Shimla – Manali / 250 KMS – 10 HRS)

After breakfast check out & proceed to Manali. On the way Lunch & visit to Prati Vaishnodevi
Devi Mata Mandir Darshan & Kullu Shawl Factory.(As per availability of time). Arrival Manali.
Hotel check in. Enjoy Music & Celebration. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel. (Manali)

Day 05th –
After breakfast & Proceed for Snow Point. Enjoy Snow. (Lunch NOT included in package}.
Then visit to Hidimba Devi Temple, Vashisth Ashram. In the evening Free time for shopping at
Mall Road (Student should bare their own travelling expenses to return back to hotel). Back
to hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel (Manali)

Day 06th –
After breakfast hotel check out & proceed to Chandigarh railway station by bus, On the way Kullu
River Rafting (At own Expenses) followed by lunch & dinner

Day 07th -
Arrival Chandigarh railway station at 02.00 am proceed to Pune by 22686 YPRS Kranti Exp at
03.25 am (Train runs only on Saturday)

Day 08th – Arrival Pune Railway Station at 11.05 pm. Tour ends with sweet memories………..
Tour Cost Per Student: -Rs.10,000/- + 5% GST
(Above cost valid for minimum 120 paying students.)

Tour Cost Includes:-

 Pune – Chandigarh (CDG) – Pune by II Sleeper Class on student concession basis.
 Non AC bus throughout the tour including Toll, Tax, Parking & Driver Bhatta, etc.

 Veg. Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner except train journey

 One Day Manali Sightseeing by Sumo.
 Accommodation in one room on Four Sharing basis (3 on bed & 1 on mattress) in Deluxe Hotel.
 All sightseeing entry fees mention in tour program.
 Students Travel Insurance.
 Trained Escorts will accompany the tour to take a proper care of entire group and execute the tour
program.

Tour Cost Excludes:-

 Personal expenses of whatever Nature, Laundry Expanses, Mineral Water, Any Personal Expanses.
 Kufri Sumo & Horse Charges.
 Shimla – Kullu & Manali Adventure Activities.
 Transport charges for Shopping.
 Hotel Room Heater Charges, Snow Coats.
 Train Food.
 College – Pune Railway Station – College Transportation Charges. (To & Fro)

Payments Terms & Conditions:-

 Rs. 3000/- at the time of booking & will be non refundable
 Balance payment to be paid on 45 days of trip departure date.

Cancellation Policy:-
 If cancel the trip after booking within 45 days will be charged 50% deducted on tour cost.
 If cancel the trip after booking within 60 Days prior to the departure date, 75% will be deducted on
tour cost.
 Before 1 Day prior to the departure date, no refund will be entertained at any cost.

Note: - Additional cost will have to pay at actual due to any change in the itinerary / stay on account of Train / Flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health,
and roadblocks and / or any factors beyond control. Change in rout or any changes in schedule rather than the itinerary is asked on tour, the additional charges
will be levied at actual.
