OPTION TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize _______________________, a Filipino, of legal

age, with residence at Lomboy, Mansanitas Island, Manggahan, Bohol,
Philippines, to offer for sale my property listed hereunder at the price of
P3,500,000.00 provided the undersigned shall received P3,000,000.00 net
and that the amount of P500,000.00 is set aside for all expenses in
transferring the tax declaration in the name of the buyer such as Capital
Gain Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, transfer tax, etc. and whatever excess
shall belong to the aforenamed agent:
