and a resident of Agay-ay, Tonga City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and
in my name, place or stead and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform the
following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To represent me and KIM TRANSPORT CORP. in all stages of the

proceedings in the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory
Board (LTFRB), Tonga City for obtaining and/or securing franchise(s)
for the bus lines/units of KIM TRANSPORT CORP;

2. To do and perform such other acts or things necessary or pre-requisite

under the premises.

authority to do and perform all and every acts and purposes as I might or could do if
