AFFIDAVIT OF ADJUSTMENT OF AREA

WE, ALFONSO ADRADA married to Victoria Adrada and CRISANTO

ADRADA, JR. married to Maribel Adrada, both of legal age, Filipinos, and with
address in Balian, Pangil, Laguna, after having been sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the registered owners of a parcel of land

located in Mayruhat, Candelaria, Balian, Pangil, Laguna, covered by
Tax Declaration No. 21-0004-00170, identified as the remaining
portion of Lot No. 3474 after our co-owner Antonio Diaz segregate
his portion equivalent to an area of 100 square meters.

2. That based on the abovementioned Tax Declaration

which has an area of three thousand nine hundred (3,900) square
meters and the Tax Declaration issued to the segregated portion of
Antonio Diaz which has an area of one hundred (100) square meters,
the total area of the Lot No. 3474 is four thousand (4,000) square
meters.

3. That however, upon verification with the Cadastral

Map, the actual area of Lot No. 3474 appears to be one thousand five
hundred ninety (1,590) square meters.

4. That in view of the foregoing, we are respectfully

requesting the Provincial Assessor’s Office thru the Municipal
Assessor’s Office of Pangil, Laguna, to accordingly adjust the area of
Tax Declaration No. 21-0004-00170 from 3,900 to 1,490 square meters,
after the 100 square meters deduction of the portion of Antonio Diaz,
which are all based on the Cadastral Lot No. 3474.

5. That I execute this Affidavit to attest the truth of the

foregoing statements and for whatever legal purposes this may
serve.
