5.1. SAFETY EQUIPMENT

The electric board - control panel is provided with the following devices:
One main switch - tension sectioning - door locking, which excludes the electric
feeding from the electric network, and prevents any accidental opening of the door
when the electric feeding is on, and consequently permits the door’s opening only
when the electric feeding is excluded.
One or more push button for emergency stop, which causes, when pushed, the
immediate stop of the machine and of any dangerous situation created by the ma-
chine, according to what described in paragraph 2.3.6.

5.2. PROHIBITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR ACCIDENT PREVENTION

Carefully ready the following warnings because they provide important safety directives.

− Do not tamper with safety devices

− Periodically inspect safety and control devices and keep them in an efficient condition
− Do not install accessories that do not meet safety standards
− In case of dangerous situations stop the machine functions with the emergency device and
cut off the electric power supply with the mains isolating switch

! WARNING

Access panels to internal parts of the machine must not be tampered with, removed
and/or opened unless it is absolutely necessary. This must only be done by professionally
qualified and/or technical service personnel

5.3. ELECTRIC DIAGRAMS

The electric equipment of the machine is composed of:

− One electric board when are located the control devices of the machine;
− One set of electric cables, with suitable protection, to connect the different parts;
− The safety devices;
− One or more devices for emergency stop.
