VIRGINIA PASCUAL to be my true and lawful Attorney- in- Fact, for and in my
name, place and stead, and for my benefit, to do and perform all or any of the
following acts and things:

a. To transact and make payment for the Annual Report of Foreign

Nationals registered with the Bureau of Immigration;

b. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.
