1. The Benefit of this Course


The students are able to understand and practice the theories of Current Issues on ELT
in Learning Class.

2. The Description of this Course


This course provides students/teachers with some theories and practical knowledges
about Current Issues on ELT. It aims at leading the students/teachers to describe an
understanding of Current Issues on ELT and how to practice the theories in their own
teaching &learning class.
This course is presented through lecturing, presentation and group discussion.
Students are to read the assignment prior to class session, and be ready to discuss in class.
Presentation and active participation are required.
Students are also required to look for sources and references from the internet and
printed materials. At the mid-term test and final test, the students are required to answer
some questions/quizzes.
