CONTRACTOR’S 9th REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMPLETION (26.06.2019 ONWARD)
Scheduled dates of the project are as follows.
Contract Period – 182days Start Date – 10.11.2016
Scheduled Date of Completion – 10th May 2017 Extended Date of Completion –26th June 2019

This has reference to the letters of contractor dated 26 th October 2020 requesting granting time extension for the contract
considering matters affected to the progress of the contractor. (A copy is attached).
Accordingly we recommend granting a time extension as follows for the contract with a condition of not claiming for
Interests for late payments by the contractor.
