REPRESENTATION IN RESPECT OF DOCUMENTS EXECUTED ON BEHALF OF TOTAL
SERVICE STATION ALAPERE KETU, LAGOS AND OBTAINING MONEY BY FALSE
PRESENCE TO THE TUNE OF N5,000;000.00 (FIVE MILLION NAIRA), FROM MR
MAKINDE OLUFEMI
‘We wtite in respect of the above matter and wish to further bring to your attent
that investigations carried by the Conimissioner of police office Ikeja by atficers ot
the Human Rights. Section arising from the petition against Mr. Solomon Adewale
the dealer of total service station Alapere Ketu Lagos (our letter dated 2 of March
and our petition to the Police Dated 4% November, 2019) suggest that the letter
headed paper of Total Nig. Plc. was forged by Mr. Solomon all in his bid
fraudulently obtain the sum of 5 million naira from our client to ‘enable hi
forward to Prince Oyinlola so as to be recalled as the deeler'to the station
We also wish to say that as at the time of this criminal and false representation, Mi
Solomon was not the dealér as he has not been recalled to that position. Sir
investigations are in top gearand itis possible that senior officials of the company
may be summoned to give evidence in respect of this forgery been leveled agains
Mr Solomon.
On our own part, we have instructions from aur client to commence legal action
against Mr Solomon with a view to recovering the Smillion naira fraudulently obtaineo
from our client and this cannot be effectively done without joining Total Nig. Ple. as an
interested party.
