REQUIREMENTS
All students applying for admission to
the program must submit:
• Official transcripts from all post-secondary
institutions attended must be sent directly to the
CUW Center at which you are enrolling. In cases
where the student has less than 60 transferable
credits, an official high school transcript or proof
of GED must also be submitted.
