What learning have you gained from the activities you have worked on in "Applied
Digital Skills"? 

As a 21st century teacher and also a learner, digital skills are really important
nowadays. Being equipped with the skills to engage students to participate, to able
them to acquire new skills to support their learning skills, and to also acquire job skills
that may help them for their soon to be job.
For me, digital skills are really a big deal when it comes to the new classroom
situation. As we can see, those skills prepare the students to gain required basic digital
skills for their soon to be jobs. Like, learning how to compose and send email using G
Mail, to create some important documents using Google Docs, to create a well-organize
presentation using Google Slides, to organize data using Google Sheets, and many
more. I learned different ways on how to use the Google Digital Skills in more
systematic and organize way.
Watching and following the tutorials about Applied Digitals Skills, I realized that I
have so many things I didn’t know. All this year, I only use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Presentation, Excel, and others. There are so many things I can do using Google
applied digital skills. All I can say is that, this will be a big help to the new normal
education set-up. As a teacher, I can help students become an empowered learners to
deepen their knowledge and practice, to promote collaboration with their classmates
and to us, educators also, and this is a big challenge for the both learner and facilitator
to change the way they learn and the way we teach, from the traditional approaches to
a new real-life approaches, and lastly as an educator to prepare students to drive their
own learning. I myself, to facilitate learning with technology to support student
achievement.
