Based on DepEd Order no. 12 series of 2019 Policy Guidelines on
Rationale the K to 12 Basic Education Program under Policy Statement as
prescribed in Republic Act 10533 the curriculum shall use the
pedagogical approaches.
In support to Regional Memorandum No.11 s.2015 entitled The
2C2I1R Pedagogical Approaches, the school adapts the use of
suggested strategies and underlying principles behind each
pedagogical theory to better implement the education program in all
grade levels.
ln view of the above, this teachers’ training could refresh the
application of certain strategies in delivering the lesson. Since the
school is adapting the Modular Distance Learning Modality, this is
an opportunity for the teachers to show performance of the RPMS
objectives and for both ratees and observers to discuss collegially
strategies to improve the teaching and learning processes especially
in addressing challenges in the learning delivery.
Terminal Objective:
OBJECTIVES:
(intended for the Participants) At the end of the session, the teachers are expected to
become more professional in their related fields and subject matters
and more competitive in the new trends of education. For this reason
they shall possessed a great deal of knowledge in the use of
innovative and differentiated teaching strategies and content.
Enabling Objectives:
 Discover varied teaching strategies that are responsive to
learners’ needs.
 Utilize learning resources and positive use of ICT to address
learning goals.
 Foster methods of applying content knowledge within and
across curriculum teaching areas.
