Warm Up

Objective:​ To establish a positive atmosphere by leading the class with simple past
questions that unintentionally activates the critical thinking in students about the
origin of life on our planet.
Time: ​7 minutes.

Instructions
1. The teacher asks the class: “How did life on our planet begin?” and discusses
the answers (1: 30 minutes).
2. The teacher shows a short video about the origin of life on our planet (2
minutes).

4. The teacher proposes students to draw on a sheet of paper the origin of life on
our planet (1: 30 minutes). Based on the video so you check understanding.
5. The teacher shows a short video about the origin of life on our planet (2
minutes).
6. The teacher asks the class: “Did your relatives talk to you about the origin of
life on our planet?” and discusses the answers (2 minutes).
7. The teacher introduces the topic.
