Task Number 1
Maternity Services:
1. Rapid test is MANDATORY for all pregnant women prior to delivery (except that no rapid
test is available).
2. Delivery is done at a place that meets the requirements and has been well prepared.
3. FKTP provides delivery services without complicating pregnancy / childbirth OR there are no
danger signs OR is not a case of ODP, PDP or confirmed COVID-19
4. If a woman is found with a positive rapid test, then refer her to a COVID-19 referral hospital
or a PONEK capable hospital.
5. Birth attendants in FKTP use PPE level-2.
6. If conditions are very unlikely to refer to cases of ODP, PDP, confirmed COVID-19 or
positive screening results, then delivery assistance is only provided using PPE level 3 and the
mother is equipped with a delivery chamber.
7. Consumables are managed as medical waste which must be destroyed with an incinerator.
8. Medical devices that have been used and the place of delivery are disinfected by using a 0.5%
chlorine solution.
9. Ensure ventilation of the delivery room that allows good air circulation and exposure to
sunlight.

Postpartum Services:

1. FKTP provides family planning services (preferably the long-term contraceptive method)
immediately after delivery. If the mother is not willing, then family planning counseling is
carried out and advice to get postpartum family planning services.
2. Babies born to mothers who are not ODP, PDP or confirmed COVID19 in the first 0-6 hours,
still get: umbilical cord care, early initiation of breastfeeding, injection of vitamin K1,
administration of antibiotic ointment / eye drops and immunization of hepatitis B and HbIg
(Hepatitis B immunoglobulin)
3. Mothers and families receive advice and education on newborn care including exclusive
breastfeeding and danger signs if there is complications in the newborn and if there is a puerperal
infection.

4. Health workers take a screening sample for congenital hypothyroidism (SHK) in infants that is
performed after 24 hours of delivery, before the mother and baby leave the health facility.

5. FKTP provides postpartum visit services for mothers who are not PDP or not confirmed
COVID-19:

Examination of postpartum mothers (according to SOP)

1. Neonatal care (as per Guidelines)

2. Breastfeeding counseling (as per the Guidelines)
3. Education to live clean and healthy, including the danger signs of pneumonia

Suggestion
For pregnant women and health workers. Stay healthy and still obey the signs from the
government and follow the health protocols that have been established by the government

Task Number 2
Postponing the age of marriage also has a direct impact on accelerating the
decline in birth rates. In addition, delaying the age of marriage also results in a decrease
in the mortality of mothers, children and babies because at the time of delivery the
mother is more mature and mature.
PUP is part of the family planning program for the younger generation called
Genre (Planning Generation). In the planning generation (Genre), the generation /
adolescent in the transition period plans when to get married by delaying the age of
marriage to a minimum of 20 years for women and 25 years for men. With planning and
 preparation for household life, it will create a happy and prosperous small family, so that
one day it becomes a quality family and can prevent population explosions in the future.
Some ideas that can be taken so that teenagers / students can undergo the
Marriage Age Maturity program, among others, by shifting their daily activities to
positive activities. The following are some steps that PIK can take to realize the goal of
developing the Genre program by BKKBN, which is to prepare family life for teenagers
in a planned education level, careers in planned work, and marry in full planning
according to the reproductive health cycle.

Task number 3

Today is STIKIM's anniversary. As a student, I deserved to say prayers and

congratulations. I am very grateful to the team. Because without him I wouldn't be here. I
will practice the knowledge and knowledge that I get from the high school of health
sciences, God willing. Although I cannot boast of my beloved alma mater. Disticim
lecture is an unforgettable experience. It is there that I carved out a lot of stories and
stories. 2018-2020 is a time that will greatly affect my future. It was at that time that I
studied at sticks. The results can be seen now, I can reach my dream from a young age,
namely to become a person. I will never forget your services of the stick. Hopefully at the
