the man called Lakanbuit. Bringer of Palai (Rice).Taught the knowledge of how to cook
Nasi (cooked rice)

Consort of Tala, the Morningstar with the union came forth the first rice.
Naga Lakandanum
Nága Lakandanum
Serpent diety of protection. Mostly depicted on cabal or amulets. His battle with Ápûng
Galúrâ is said to be the inspiration for the image of the Catholic San Miguel Arcángel
(Saint Michael the Archangel) slaying the primordial serpent Lucifer. Diety of protection

Ápûng Galúrâ
He is the alíli (representative) of the sun, Ápûng Sínukuan, and the úkum (judge) of all
souls in the afterlife. He purifies the land by bringing in strong winds from Tímug Láut
(Eastern Ocean). Patron deity of drowning sailors who called upon him to rescue them
during shipwrecks.

Carguen Cargon
A very powerful being who carried Bunduk Alaya (Mt. Arayat) from Candaba and
transferred it to it’s present location

Apung Iru – the god of the eight rivers in the form of the giant crocodile of the Pasig
River, the entire length of which once belonged to the Kapampangans.
