AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, REMBERTO MENDOZA PLATINO, of legal age, Filipino, with

residence address in Pangil, Laguna, after having been sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the complaining witness in the captioned case

for ACTS OF LASCIVIOUSNESS IN RELATION TO R.A. 7610
against Reynaldo Narvaez Lavin.

2. That after carefully and meticulously considering the

facts, circumstances, and events surrounding the filing of the
captioned case, I came to realize that the same is without basis as the
filing of the same court was made or arose out of my
misapprehension and failure to understand the said facts,
circumstances and events.

3. In view of the above, I am desisting from further

prosecuting the above case against Reynaldo Narvaez Lavin, thus, I
pray for this Honorable Court to dismiss the case.

4. This Affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing statements and to serve as basis for my request of the
desistance of the case against Reynaldo Narvaez Lavin and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
