Vision statement

Inspire by the compassionate Christ, we envision a Catholic -Augustinian Education in

LCC-Bais City: a Christ-centered, academically -innovative, culturally -responsive and globally

-competent community, committed to evangelizing and witnessing the Gospel values towards

Integral transformation.

My Insights:

As a Catholic Augustinian student it emphasizes that we should bear the values that our

school of thought teach us to be. This La Consolacion College Bais City vision statement teaches

students according to the conduct of morals , ethical standards and according to the teachings of

God as His legacy. To live with our lives by following His passion and good works, to

internalize the meaning of existence on how we should fulfil it together with the holy command.

Through this vision it moves learners closer to God to become a Christ -centered individuals, as

God is the center of all things, the one who created everything on Earth and the one who gave the

knowledge to humans. This knowledge will help us to distinguish between what is wrong and

what is right and to rectify dreadful things, to vanquish the lapses and misbehaviour done by

humans as the superior of all .As their vision is to produced students to be a high quality

individuals in terms on the field of academics. It teaches students to be academically innovative.

Through this academically innovative, it honed students for it test brain full power capacity to

which students accelerates not just one field of study, but on to the different academic fields and

as well as the none academic that will make a student's master their wit and capabilities.

Together with the school, which sharpen aspirants by bringing collective studies of the old and

the new to reflect what’s with in these new milieus. The school teaches students through an

alternation strategy approach.

As the product, schools aims to produce a high standards education, it teaches and

produces students to become competent individuals in various aspect of life not just on the

school level itself but to be globally competent to the outside world that signifies an excellency

of students of La Consolacion College Bais City. Whenever an LCCians student places to

various destination around the world he or she become a culture adapted as a diversified

individuals as to what I experienced in this institutions. Lastly integration of studies, that a

student must have a deepest connection with God words as well as to be His disciples. In

General, the La Consolacion College Bais City vision is to create a holistic environment for the

diversity of student making them into responsive and holistic individuals.

Mission statement

Moved by the spirit of our Lady of Consolation, inspired by the life, teachings of At.

Augustine and virtues of Mother Rita, Venerable Mother Consuelo and Mother Teresa Andrada,

we commit ourselves to:

 Live out the Gospel values and nurture the Basic Ecclesial Communities.

 Provide programs for continuous development towards academic excellence, responsive

to local and national and global trends.

 Preserve and enrich the Filipino heritage.

 Strengthen linkages and networks for sustainable development.

My Insights:

The La Consolation College Bais City mission statements were inspired by the

individuals who had great contributions to the religion aspects as well the founding of the

Augustinian community. The lady of consolations, venerated through her good deeds as a mother

of all, and the one who gave birth to Jesus Christ. To teach and to be inspired by the teachings of

St. Augustine who was called upon by God. To share and impart how important is an

Augustinian community, and as well as the founders of the institution, the Augustinian sisters.

The La Consolacion College Bais City mission is to teach the institution by spreading and

living God's words and to be part of a community where everyone is endowed with God's

teachings, as a pure religiously Christians, and being a charitable to the respective communities

as a sisters and brothers. They provide opportunities and programs that can help students’ masters

there ability academically in relation to local national and global trends standards. Such as the off

campus exploration to know another dimensions of life. Not just to LCCians students but also to

the community through implementing livelihoods and providing various programs to help those

who are in great need. La Consolation College Bais City missions is to maintain and enrich

Filipino values, cultures traditions ,by a highly conserve manner so that when an LCCians leave

on the portal he or she will bear the values and teach other people as what LCC school teaches

to their students. Lastly is to create and build social relationships among others such as

institutions, agencies, organizations and programs to promote and establish the different

connectivity towards development. This mission impinge student to become a moral excellence

and productive individuals .This mission will highlights not just a school but an institutions

driven by virtues and brotherly love to its communities as an Augustinian institution

Goal Statement

 Teach and integrate Religion as the core of the curriculum.

 Offer opportunities for personal and professional development and capability

enhancement.

 Advocate the preservation of Filipino values, cultures and traditions.

 Work collaboratively with the LGU’s, NGO’s ,PO’s for the sustainability of programs and

initiatives.

 Lead in the preservation of God's creation.

My Insights

As a Catholic school education, one of the main goals of the La Consolacion College

Bais City is to teach learners with the incorporations of religions as part of the curriculum. This

integration of learning will help and produced students high quality of education where in

learners contained the knowledge and teachings together with the religious doctrines that create

an impact to an LCC students on which he /she acquitted the morality, to be pure individuals

with the good values towards a good Christian making God as the center to each students.

They Provides opportunities that allows holism developments, it give students to outshine

on their respective comfort zone and to render students developments ,educating them and

preparing for the real battle of work before an Lucians live the school portal. Also its goals is to

ennoble students, on the preservation of a behaviourist Filipino .For the world is changing its

goals is to maintains what does the values and traditions that Filipinos do practiced, for this

practices and behaviour is the soul of the nation as a Filipino inhabitants.

 The La Consolacion Bais City joined forces in the government agency to provide

sustainability of various programs as well as the initiatives to maintain the good of order in

various curricular activities.

The interconnections of God and to others signify ties on the LCCians community. As the

highly intellect individuals we are destined to role, and protect God's creation to be ecologically

stewards. This is the roots level of institutions by equipping students to various environmental

activities such tree planting etc., and even studies natures’ degradation in which student will be

responsible of their action towards the environment. This goals statement advocates individual

development, values oriented toward a substantial qualitative change.
