TRAIN 5 (WH9)

Accomplishments

Engineering – Platform Facilities

 SIMOP preparatory meeting held with McDermott to discuss WH9 SIMOP and
preparations for February 2008 shutdown activity work (warranty items, valve flushing,
Hydrate tie-ins).

 None.

RGX2 OFFSHORE FACILITIES

TRAIN 6 & 7 (WH6 and WH8 Platforms)

Accomplishments

Focus Areas Include
 Have requested CNF from McDermott for the removal CI/KHI first fills requirements  to
allow OpCo to procure these items.  This will allow OpCo to procure these items at a
later date, thereby avoiding a potential conflict in chemicals.
 Revision 5 of weight report issued. The update resulted in 140 ton increase in piping
weight. McDermott has confirmed with Gusto engineering that utilization of
counterweight measures to place the center of gravity in a more favorable position for
the deck lift is acceptable.
 Review of WH6 test packs ongoing.
 Closure of TQs and NCR's ongoing.
 McDermott has submitted a proposal to resolve noise issues associated with the
closed drain vessel PSV.
 Development of Operations manual is ongoing. All sections have now been issued
IDC. Document planned to be issued for company review prior to end of year.
 Various PID DDCN’s under review by company.
 A reduction in Cameron Christmas tree stripped down requirements has been agreed.
McDermott updating drawings.
 Area Classification DDCN issued to address hydrate mitigation changes.

 Pipeline engineer visited Ras Laffan site team to expedite schedule & forward plan.
