The plant is located in Ankleshwar, in Bharuch district approximately 60 km from Surat and
80 km from Vadodara. The nearest railway station is Ankleshwar (10 km from plant) and
Bharuch (20 km from plant). The nearest airport is Vadodara (90 km from plant). Mumbai is
approximately 350 km from Ankleshwar and Ahmedabad is 200 km away.

HNG Float Glass Ltd. is promoted by Hindusthan National Glass & Ind. Ltd. (www.hngindia.com). The
promoters have more than 57 years of expertise in making container glass. HNGIL commands 60% market
share of Indian Market with an annual turnover of around Rs. 1500 crore. HNGIL has 6 manufacturing
locations with 2800 TPD capacity. Apart from Rishra (Near Kolkata) and Bahadurgarh (near Delhi) which are
greenfield sites, the remaining 4 at Rishikesh, Puducherry, Nashik and Neemrana (in Rajasthan) have been
taken over from Owens Illinois (USA), L&T and Haryana Sheet Glass. HNGIL is the flagship company of HNG
Group.

demand for glass in the Indian Market, we expanded to a processing unit in Charkop with   Craft Pvt
Ltd. Glass was being increasingly used in construction. Recognizing this trend quickly,   (Formerly
Sejal Architectural Glass Ltd.) was established. It has a processing unit at Silvassa boasting all state of art CNC
machines.

The group has also made a foray into Insurance Broking and Finance businesses. With its ambitious expansion
plans   has marked its presence into Interior Products Retailing and Float Glass Manufacturing.
