Guidelines for Selection of Candidates for the Post of Junior Lecturers

to deploy in 56 new Junior Colleges through Outsourcing Agencies.

V. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

a) A Post graduate Degree (M.A/M.Sc/M.Com) or its equivalent in the

relevant subject from an institution recognized by the UGC with not less
than 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent.

 b) B.Ed. or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the NCTE
with the Teaching Methodology in the concerned subject.
c) Experience: Teaching Experience for not less than 3 years in handling
classes XI to XII / Intermediate in any recognized Senior Secondary
School/Junior College.
VI. AGE: 18 to 44 years.

VII. REMUNERATION: Rs. 27,000/- per month. ( As per G.O M.S No. 27
School Education (Training) Department , dated 6-7-2016)
VIII. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

1. The District Level Committee (DMWO, DLC and V.O.) shall invite for
application through Outsource agency.
2. Outsource agencies will check the Original certificates and give
undertaking regarding the qualifications of the candidates.
3. In Girls colleges only women lecturers will be appointed.
4. Scrutiny of applications will be done by the District level committee
5. Only eligible candidates will be allowed for written test.
6. Written test will be conducted in the designated Examination centers
in the state
7. As per the written test marks candidates will be called for interview in
1:2 ratio.
8. Demo and Interviews will be conducted at designated Centres (Old
Junior Colleges).
9. The final selected list will be sent to District level committee.
10. The District level committee in turn communicate the list to the
respective outsource agency.
11. The outsource agency will issue appointment orders and
communicate the same to the respective Principal with a copy to the
DMWO and DLC.
The selection of the candidates shall be done on the basis of written
test and Personal Interview.

IX. CONDUCT OF WRITTEN TEST

2. The Committee consisting the following members shall organize the

conduct of Written test at their examination centre evaluation
a. DMWO of the district.
b. RLC and DLCs of the district.
c. Vigilance Officer, TMREIS
d. The Principal of the concerned TMR School (Examination Centre).
3. TMR School/College Teachers and JLs can be drafted as Invigilators.
4. Attendance of the candidates should be taken in the enclosed format.
5. The venue principals should take following minimum precautions
against the COVID-19 pandemic.
 Instruct the candidates to attend the test wearing the mask.
 Thermal screening of the candidates.
 To arrange sanitizers.
 To maintain physical distance.
6. The principal should communicate to the candidates the date and timing
of the test along with the Postal address of the examination centre with
ph. no. of the exam. Centre through SMS.
7. After the test the Principal of the examination centre has to segregate
the Male and Female Candidates and send to the Evaluation Centers in
a sealed cover with the covering letter mentioning the subject wise no.
of candidates attended the test through a special messenger.
8. The answer scripts of Commerce, Economics and Civics should be send
to the following centers.
 TMRJC Barkas-Boys-In respect of Female candidates.
 TMRJC Nagaram, Nizamabad Dist. - in respect of Male candidates.
9. Answer scripts of all other subjects should be send to the following
evaluation centers.

4. Candidate has to answer the objective type questions in the

question paper itself and subjective type questions in a separate
answer sheet and hence the candidate has to tag the answer
paper to his/her answer sheet and hand over to the Invigilator
after the test.

XI. EVALUATION OF ANSWER SCRIPTS:

1. After the written test the evaluation of answer scripts shall be done in
the following Evaluation Centers under the supervision of the District
Level Committee consisting DMWO, RLC/DLC and Vigilance officer of the
district and concern Principal who acts as convener.

2. The examiners for evaluation of scripts shall be the concern Subject

lecturers of the evaluation centre.
3. After the evaluation of the answer scripts of the candidates, the
Principal of the evaluation centre shall prepare the subject wise merit
list and short list the candidates in 1:2 ratio of the no. of posts available
in the subject in the district based on the merit for conduct of the
interview for final selection. This process shall be done under the
supervision of the DMWO and DLC of the district.
4. The venue Principal shall prepare the district wise, subject wise and
Category Wise (Male /Female candidates) short listed candidates and
send to the respective venues of the Interview in the following format.

XII. CONDUCT OF THE INTERVIEW:

1. Selection Committees shall be constituted for all the subjects @ one

d) Member: Subject expert (Jr. Lecturer of the Venue College/Sr.
Lecturer from a Degree College/University).
3. The Venue Principal of the Interview shall communicate to the
candidates to attend the interview giving the address of the
school/college where the interviews will be conducted with ph. no., Date
and Time of Interview through SMS and phone.
4. Subject wise schedule may be prepared to conduct the interviews in the
Forenoon 10:00 am to 1:00pm and Afternoon 2:00 pm to 5:00pm
maintaining the physical distance.
5. The interviews for the short listed candidates shall be conducted by
Selection Committee of the respective subject committees in the venue
given below.
