Leadership Goals:

GOAL: Earn my Master Degree in Education Technology

NBPTS: Proposition 5: Teachers are Members of Learning Communities             
TLMD: Domain 3: Promotes Professional Learning for Continuous Improvement
Objective: I would like to get earn my Masters in order to further my career as an
educator and open more doors for myself in the realm of education other than
classroom.

GOAL: Teach outside of the US.

NBPTS: Proposition 4: Teachers Think Systematically About their Practices and
Learn from Experience
TLMD: Domain 6: Improves Outreach and Collaboration with Families and
Community
Objective: I would also like to look at other education leadership opportunities that
are outside of the classroom again, outside of the U.S. I want to put myself in a
position where I must get to know another culture and their backgrounds to better
connect with the students and their community. It would be a wonderful learning
experience.
