SCI (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information) is in addition to Top Secret and denotes information
divided into control systems, compartments and sub-compartments. SC Information may only be stored
and used in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The control systems are: SI (Special
Intelligence), Stellarwind (STLW) for the NSA, Endseal (EL) for the Navy, Talent Keyhole (TK)
(includes IMINT MASINT and MASINT), HUMINT (HCS), KLONDIKE (KDK) and RESERVE
(RSV). The compartments are: Very Restricted Knowledge (VRK) and GAMMA (G). GAMMA (SI-G)
may be identified with subcompartments labeled with four alphanumeric characters as in SI-G-XXXX.
All SCI assumes there’s already TS so basically any SCI is also TS thus TS/SCI.
