III. REFLECTIONS/ INSIGHTS:

This culminating activity really a significant one. I thought it would be boring because of the conotation
of mine "folk dance" but I was surprised on the technique employed by the organizers and facilitators.
Short but useful dicussion, then modifying of what has been discussed through dance showcase, and
costume modelling. It was so great and it really help students appreciate the knowledge and ideas
shared by the lecturers and of course for the subject of the discussion itself specifically Philippine folk
dances and ballroom dances.

I feel like my heart kindled and my soul of nationalism was reburned. After the program I feel like I am
recharged, standing tall and proud as a Filipino citizen.
