To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Becky Coons and I am writing in support of Hannah Ryckman and her experience in Child
and Youth care.

As a busy working solo parent of two young children I was often able to rely on Hannah to babysit my
children. She would babysit during regular working hours and occasionally when I had to leave town for
work she would stay with them while I was gone. Additionally there were times I hired Hannah to assist
with the kids birthday parties by playing games and interacting with the children.

Hannah was always reliable and she was creative in the ways she interacted with my children. She was
more than able to support my son through his tantrums and help him to move on in the day in a positive
way.
