BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF ROUND

1. Participants are to join the Zoom Meeting 15 minutes before the scheduled
commencement of the Round.
2. Ensure you are the Host/Co-Host of the Zoom Meeting.
3. Admit the Participants and Judges.
4. Audio-Video Check.
5. Ensure Participants Change their names to their Team Code and Role. For e.g.
T99(Counsel)
6. Participants and the Moderator will have their cameras ON whereas the Judges will
have them OFF.
7. Check whether Judges have the scoresheets and have filled the Participants' names
and Round Details in them.
8. Direct the Participants and Judges to click on the 3 dots on the Top Right Corner and
select the "Hide Non-Video Participants" option so that they only see the
Participants and the Moderator on their screen.
9. Commence the Round.
10. Record the start time and put the same on this WhatsApp Group.
DURING THE ROUND
1. If a Team requests a Sidebar (Private Conference between Client & Counsel of the
same team), move them to a Breakout Room. Inform them that they will be brought
back to the Main Session after 2 minutes (max). They may leave the Breakout Room
and re-join the Main Session earlier if their sidebar ends earlier.
2. Your Role during the Round is merely logistical and facilitative. No substantive
participation.
3. Moderators are also Timekeepers of the Round. Preliminary Rounds are 60 mins each.
Drop a message to 'Everyone' on the Chatbox when 15 minutes are left and one when
5 minutes are left.
4. Moderators are to ensure timely completion of Rounds. Time maybe extended only by
a couple of minutes allowing completion of sentences, after which the Moderators
must intervene to stop the Round.
AFTER THE ROUND
1. Once the Round is completed, the Moderator will move the Respondent Team to the
Breakout Room allowing the Claimant Team to start their Self Evaluation Before the
Judges.
- Judges may turn on their Cameras at this Juncture.
- The Self Evaluation of a particular team must not be longer than 5 minutes,
including time taken answer Questions put forth by the Judges.
2. Once the Claimant Team’s Self Evaluation is over, they will be sent to the Breakout
Room and the Respondent Team is to be brought back for their Self Evaluation
Session.
3. After the Respondent Team’s Self Evaluation is over, they shall also be moved to the
Breakout Room, leaving ONLY the Judges and the Moderator in the Main Room.
4. The Judges will now be requested to fill their scoresheets. The Moderators must
ensure that they submit the scoresheets and the same are received by the ADRC.
5. Once the scoresheets are filled, both the Teams will be brought back to Main Room
for the Feedback Session (Maximum 5-7 minutes.)
