Tiêu chuẩn trình bày về cơ tính của vật liệu cho sản phẩm Bu lông (ren ngoài).
To specify the characteristic of materials of bolts (external thread)

Tiêu chuẩn này áp dụng cho toàn bộ các sản phẩm Bu lông của nhà máy xe điện VINFAST.
This standard is applied for the all steel bolts of VINFAST E-SCOTEER.

1. Phân loại / Classification

Phân loại Bu Lông sẽ được phân loại như bảng 1 dựa theo cấp độ bền.

External threaded fasteners shall be divided with respect to mechanical properties and hardness into five
classes depending on Strength classes (Resistance Class) as shown in Table 1.

3. Vật liệu và xử lý nhiệt/ Material and heat-treatment

Bảng 3 chỉ để tham khảo vật liệu và yêu cầu xử lý nhiệt. Cơ tính của Bulong phải thỏa mãn theo yêu cầu
trong bảng 2 dựa theo cấp độ./The material and heat-treatment of an external threaded fastener shall be
refered as shown in Table 3. Bolt material shall be achieve strength class in table 2.
