1. Main application:
　　dry multi-plate electromagnetic clutches and brakes, which are of the magnetic flux-
free plate type, sensitive and reliable in action, easy to adjust after the friction plate is
worn, and have no-load torque. Mainly used in handling, rolling steel, semi-automatic
lathes, CNC machine tools, textiles and other mechanical transmission systems to realize
the functions of clutch, reversing, speed change, braking, positioning and so on.
2. The dry multi-piece electromagnetic clutch (brake) can work reliably under the
following conditions:
1. The altitude of the clutch installation site does not exceed 2000m;
2．Ambient temperature ―5 ℃ ～ + 40 ℃;
3．3. There is no danger of explosion in the surrounding medium, and there is no gas
and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulation
4. 4. The voltage fluctuation of the clutch coil does not exceed + 5% and -15% of the
rated voltage;
5. The friction plates should be clean and free of oil.
3. Installation
1. Check friction plates before installation should be free of oil and debris.
2. It should be fixed axially before installation; if the shaft is installed separately, the
coaxiality should be maintained at level 9.
3. After the friction plate is worn, the air gap should be adjusted.
The method is: Loosen the screw on the adjustment female, turn the adjustment female,
and make it reach the specified value in the table when the power is on, and then tighten
the screw.
