The UPS must be in proper working condition when AMC is signed and units that are tampered, more than 5 years old, or have an unreadable or tampered serial number will not be covered.     .During AMC period there will the replacement of the defective Part / parts or complete UPS.

    .The unit Should be in proper working condition at the time of AMC signing.
    .Tempered unit will not be Covered under AMC .
    . Unit which are more than 5 yr. old and being registered 1st time for AMC with APC will not be taken
    .Unit Sr.No. should be proper & readable with no tempering .
    .AMC Covers only UPS .
    . Batteries , External Cables , Connectors , Network Cards(NMC Card) Not covered under AMC
