3. Latest BOI registration (full set) with the inclution of foreign loan maintaining debt, equity ratio
of at least 70:30
4. Detailed and updated feasibility report
5. Detailed and updated Financial analysis including the calculation of IRR, break-even analysis,
Payback period, Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Sensitivity analysis for at Break-Even
analysis, Sensitivity analysis for at least two cases , etc. with all others;
6. Track record (Utilization, Outstanding, Repayment statues, etc) of past foreign borrowings by
the company as well as by the PRAN-RFL Group.
7. Solvency Certificate from the nominated bank
8. Recent CIB certificate for the company, PRAN, RFL Group and their sponsors/ Director’s from
nominated Bank.
9. Credit rating report (recent)
10. Amendment of the term sheet in which construction cost will be excluded from the purpose;
11. Last two years balance sheet ( Audit report)
