1. Origin : lip of Coracoid process of scapula

2. Insertion : middle 3rd of medial surface of humerus

3. Vascularization : Muscular branches of Brachial artery

4. Innervation : Musculocutaneous nerve (C6, C7 )

5. Action : flexion, adduction, internal rotation

 Anterior surface Deltoid and Pectoralis Major above

Brachial a. at its insertion point

 Posterior surface Tendons of the Subscapularis , Latissimus Dorsi and Triceps Brachii
