Robot Clutch Valve QR512E-1707023
installed both on the valve block 513EHA-1707010 of the robotic gearbox of the Chery Beat car and the Chery Kimo car, as well as on the QR512E-
1707001ab valve block of the robotic gearbox of the Chery QQ car.

Failure of the clutch valve of the robot is associated, as a rule, with the wear of the valve needle (piston), or with the wear of the body (cylinder) of the clutch
solenoid valve of the robotic gearbox. On a Chery car, it may be accompanied by the P1810 error and the option of not passing the gearbox adaptation "to hot".

Next, we will consider the private beams associated with the manual transmission clutch valve.

1. The reaction of the robotic system to confused connectors of the solenoid valves, for example, wire "0" with wire "3" (see the wiring connection at
reference qr512e-1707014ab ) will be accompanied by a Chery error P1810, while the ignition is on, in AUTO mode and the pedal is pressed brake, there
will be no display of the gear on the instrument panel if the selector lever is pressed to "+". Also, when starting the engine, there will be no movement of the
clutch cable towards the clutch cylinder housing and a slight return back (failure of the clutch valve will be accompanied by constant yaw of the cable), the
position of the clutch position with the ignition on and at idle speed will be identical.

2. If the seal is "wrapped", torn or missing (human error) on the driver Kimo or Chery Bit may be accompanied by error P2904.

3. Variant of error P2908 chery Kimo or chery Beat may occur in the case when, when replacing the clutch kit, initially before the replacement, the pump is
turned on every 15 seconds, and the manual transmission drive has not failed and the "clutch point" readings clutch position and clutch position reference
begin to float at idle, the car still slips when starting off - replacement of the clutch valve should be carried out not only with the procedure for setting the
clutch engagement point, but also with the procedure for clearing the previous information in the robotic ECU block gearboxes ("Clear system data in TCU" -
> "Exchange clutch group").

Checking the resistance of the clutch solenoid valve coil (2.7-2.5 ohms) will not indicate wear on the valve needle.
If a new clutch valve is installed, we recommend replacing it with a new one and the filter of the valve block of the robotic transmission.
After that, a self-learning process should be carried out at the moment of engaging the clutch of the robotic box.

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

2. Connect the scan tool to the diagnostic socket on the vehicle and run the diagnostic procedure on the launcher.

3. Select "Automatic transmission" from the menu.

4. Select the OK button.

5. Select “Clear trouble codes”.

6. Select "Off-line function checking".

7. Выберите «Set clutch engagement point» (Настроить момент включения сцепления робота).

8. Выберите кнопку OK.

9. Запустите двигатель и дайте ему поработать на холостом ходу до тех пор, пока на дисплее диагностического прибора не появится 4 цифры.

10. С помощью диагностического прибора считайте величину момента включения сцепления.

11. Выключите зажигание на период не менее 15 секунд.

12. Процедуру по настройке момента включения сцепления роботизарованной коробки следует провести не менее трех раз.
