    HOW TO APPLY FOR COCP

    Steps for applying Corporate SIM:

    1. Login to your ESS portal >>> Personal Information>>>Mobile Phone Services >>>Apply sim
    2. Check sim application status- pending for verification>>Click On the Printer Icon and Generate the
    Form
    3. Visit nearby Jio Center
    4. carry SIM Application form pdf
    5. Ask Jio Center for Blank SIM (For Mumbai Circle Red sim & Other than Mumbai need to take Green
    Sim card)
    6. Once you receive blank SIM share SIM Application Pdf along with Pic of SIM kit, ICCID number with
    your HRBP in following format
    7. Post that corporate Number will be issued and will be shared on official id
