Sound Mobile District Contract Agreement
1. Package price is for one day only. Down Payment shall be the basis of confirmed reservation.
2. If check payment, please make check payable to Hershey Sabino.
3. Terms of payment: 50% down payment for early booking, or down payment not later than 2-3 months
before the event and 50% on the day of the event. The 50% down payment is non-refundable and non-
transferable.
4. Client should handle and coordinate all necessary venue gate pass / permits, electrical charges,
corkage fees, and parking fees.
5. Sound District Mobile and our Technical Staff and Crew will not be held liable for any damage to
equipment from the client or hotel that will be hooked-up to our system. Our Technical Staff and Crew
can assist but will not be held responsible for the performance and operation of the equipment.
6. Any damaged or lost item during the event/show proper will be charged accordingly to the
organizer/contact person’s account.
7. Installation, operation and dismantling of equipment shall be handled by our Technical Staff and Crew
only.
8. Client shall provide meals for the Technical Staff and Crew.
9. Any requirement not stated in the quotation/package shall be charged separately.
10. Sound District Mobile Lights and Sounds has a right to pullout or discontinue equipment setup, if
security and safety precautions are at stake.
