    4. 30.11.2017- Plaintiff again received the invoice
    5. 15.12.2017- The Developer terminated the contract
    6. 15.02.2018- Plaintiff agreed to Defendants stance that he will wait
    7. 16.05.2019- Plaintiff sent a legal notice
