To Whom It May Concern,

It is my sincere pleasure to strongly recommend Morgan Panosh as an excellent addition

to the teaching profession.

I am Elizabeth Weston, owner of American Puppet Theater Company, former teacher,

and Arts Education and Outreach Manager. I did my student teaching at Hong Kong
International School and many of the qualities I see developing in Morgan were the
hallmarks of the master teachers I worked with abroad.

My family has had the great fortune to call Morgan our nanny for the last six years.
During this time she has not only met, but exceeded every expectation I have had for the
care and education of my three children. Her reliability and responsibility make her a
fine caregiver but Morgan is more than a nanny, she has the heart of an educator.

There is an element of artistry in teaching; the ability to problem solve, to anticipate, to

thoughtfully take the next step, these are largely intuitive abilities and Morgan has them
in spades. She is responsible, enthusiastic, deeply compassionate, and intelligent beyond
her years. She seems to naturally gravitate towards experiences and studies that will serve
her well as an educator, effortlessly adding skills to her toolbox that one day will benefit
any child lucky enough to call her their teacher.

Over the years my children have been under her care, Morgan has supplemented their
classroom learning, orchestrated numerous science experiments, and inspired epic art
projects. She plans and executes extra educational activities without direction, often using
her own money to purchase supplies. However, Morgan’s true gift is meeting each child
where he or she is, honoring who they are, and surrounding them with the support they
need to discover and amplify their own gifts.
