COMGUILD is an award giving company and the pioneer in educating, inspiring and enhancing the
potential of every student in different field of studies through various regional, national and
international conferences and seminars.

COMGUILD has been running for more than 18 years and still committed to educate people as we
stage the 14th Annual Conference of Journalism and Mass Communication Students of the
Philippines that will be held at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon
City on September 29, 2019.

Highlighting this year’s conference is “TV Teaser Contest”, where participants can send an entry
promoting their college or department. Also the set of credible resource speakers and all the winners
of the 2019 COMGUILD Media Awards that will definitely give all the attendees a worthwhile,
inspiring and entertaining experience, as we always say COMGUILD is synonymous to hard work,
integrity and originality.

We are inviting you to be part of this momentous event as Member of the Board of Judges for the
2019 COMGUILD Media Awards, and we are also inviting your faculty members as well as your
students to witness this activity as we continue to commend works of our outstanding media
practitioners and aim to develop the students’ passion for television, broadcasting and journalism.

We are looking forward seeing you in the event. Attached herewith is our registration form,
mechanics of the contest, official ballot and roster of nominees for the 2019 COMGUILD Awards.

Registration Fee P 850.00 (inclusion: souvenir, food, conference fee and certificate of participation)
 For Refund: Fees will no longer be refunded starting September 20, 2019
 In case of cancellation of program due to unforeseen circumstances (typhoon, force majeur),
fees will be refundable or the event date will be moved to a date set by the COMGUILD.

TV COMMERCIAL CONTEST

Mechanics:

1. Open to all students taking up Journalism and Mass Communication course. They
must be in group of the same school/college/university.
2. Entry should be done by students themselves.
3. Only one (1) entry per school/campus.
4. The TVC should not exceed to 60 seconds (1 minute).
5. It can either be animation or any medium of content that will promote your own
college/department.
6. Original idea must be presented.
7. You may send the video in our mailing address COMGUILD Company, Unit505,
Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City or email us at
comguildcompany@gmail.com.
8. Deadline of submission will be on August 24, 2019.
