Each student is allowed only one submission; therefore, all answers must be submitted
at once.

SECTION A: STRUCTURED QUESTIONS (100 MARKS)


ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS

FIGHT COVID-19! VIRTUAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CAMPAIGN

The World Health Organization reported Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a novel
pneumonia disease arising in Wuhan, on January 12, 2020, before becoming an epidemic
in all countries.

After the first case outside China was recorded in Thailand, a strict screening procedure
at all airports in Malaysia was introduced. Two waves of COVID-19 cases were
confirmed by Malaysia until April 14, 2020, with the first wave stopping successfully in
less than 2 months. The second wave happened in early March 2020, with alarming
circumstances, and now Malaysia is entering the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic,
according to Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

Launch a health care initiative using a social media site with the slogan "FIGHT COVID-
19!" You should come up with a selection of activities to fulfill the project goals. Using
the imagination of your team members to brand your program with catchy words while
attempting to reconnect the public with your initiative.

The project is to be prepared on a group basis (5 members in a group). Every group of


students must conduct the virtual health and safety campaign that fulfill specific
requirements as follows:

SECTION A: CREATE A TEASER VIDEO FOR THE CAMPAIGN

DESCRIPTION OF THE VIDEO

Every group of students must create ONE VIDEO that fulfill specific requirements as
follows:

 Purpose: To raise public awareness by promoting the prevention from spreading


the disease and break the chain
 Use your creativity on developing the content. (short video clip, info graphic,
doodle concept or etc)
 Duration of the video: 3 to 5 minutes only.
SECTION B: LAUNCH A “FIGHT COVID-19!” HEALTH AND SAFETY
VIRTUAL CAMPAIGN

 You must spread all the important and relevant information about covid-19
prevention health and safety measures by using variety of tools such as composed
a video, develop digital posters, conduct contest, tik-tok challenge/video, creating
blog/fb page/instagram to reach the public. (it is not compulsory to utilize all the
medium it is all depends on your team creativity!)
 Viral your campaign in all social media medium such as Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, Tik-tok apps, Youtube channel or Whatsapp group etc. Do whatever it
takes as long your campaign go viral and do not forget to introduce yourself as
students from Faculty of Business, UNISEL as part of indirect promoting our
university.
 Evaluation of the campaign will be based on the total number of views, total
number of likes, total number of participants of your campaign. Please refer to
Appendix I for the details of the campaign evaluation.
 You MUST KEEP all the PROOF/EVIDENCE for this campaign project and
submit it together with written report.
 Finally, each group must perform peer evaluation to evaluate the performance of
each team member and project manager. Please refer to Appendix III for the
details of the peer evaluation.

SECTION C: PREPARE A WRITTEN REPORT

The written report should be between 10-20 pages long with 1.5 spacing using Times
New Roman of font size 12. The report must include a cover page and marking
scheme as shown in Appendix I, II and III. All pages in the written report should be
numbered except for the cover page and the table of contents.

The written report should include:

Section A
A brief proposal of what project will be the basis for the course project. Team-based
projects should include a list of all team members. (1 page)

Section B
A detailed description of the project scope of work, including any assumptions. Clearly
state project objectives. (1–2 pages)

Section C
Work breakdown structure.
List of activities, including estimated duration of each activity (20–40 tasks).
Budget for each activity (hours for each person and any material costs).

Section D
Network diagram of the logical sequence of all activities.

Section E
Schedule table showing the duration, earliest start and finish times, latest start and finish
times, and slack for each activity. Identify activities that make up the critical path.
Discuss possible ways to reduce overall project duration and consequences of doing so.

Section F
Computer-generated network, schedule, resource histograms, and cost graphs.

 Please submit in a report format, a final copy of all documents and appendices.

 EACH STUDENT MUST UPLOAD the written report (PDF format), video and
completed self & peer review evaluation rubric (PDF format), via e-learning portal.

 Submission date of written report and proof/evidence: 1st March 2021 – 5th
March 2021 via e-learning portal.
