Respected Sir,

With reference to the office order received from the Principal, I.T.I.
Reckong Peo vide office order Endst. No. KIN/ITI/Lekha Vivid/1498 Dated 27-5-
2019 I, Mukesh Chander Instructor Maths/Drg. Humbly request your goodself not
to make recovery because of Notification of H.P. Finance Deptt. vide Notification
No. Fin(PR)-B(7-54/2010-II-loose Dated 3-6-2015 (copy enclosed). It is also
stated that on joining my duty after regularisaton on 16-8-2014 my pay was fixed
Rs. 10790+3800.

It is also submitted that I have planned my savings and expnediture on

my children educaiotion. I have to pay my home loan Rs. 12500/- PM Therefore,
you are again requested to kindly assist me and direct to the concerned not to make
any recovery.

For such assistance I shall remain highly thankful to you for this act of
kindness.

pay of the official in June 2019 and to start the recovery from pay for the month of June 2019.
Hence you are requested to kindly guide us in case re-fixation and recovery is to be stopped or
