SOLUTION

Client Prerequisite before requesting to increase the priority of the data deletion tasks:

Important: Tasks must be run in a particular order. Refer to: Go Live Best Practice: Delete Most of the
Data from Zone Before the Go Live Document 2038913.1. Only one task should be Active at a time.

The client should create all the required deletion tasks upfront before requesting to increase the
priority for them in a single request.

Only when one task has completed, should the next one be run (in order per document referenced
above. )

* * * Log a support ticket with Oracle Support once the rules mentioned above are met.

Tips about opening the service request.

1. Provide the actual zone name other than a vanity URL

2. For Go-live, all the tasks that need to be prioritized must be placed in the same service request.

Note: This is a Permanent deletion. Recovery is not possible once task is completed.
