HSE OBJECTIVES

The Rovshan Oguz HSE Plan 2009-2010 establishes seven priority objectives for action, broadly
grouped into core, outcome and enabling objectives.

The implementation of these objectives will enable Rovshan Oguz to undertake the next step in
the achievement of outstanding HSE performance.

Core Objectives
1. Continue to implement the elements of the Rovshan Oguz HSE Management System.
2. Improve, consolidate and embed the capability to identify and effectively manage
organizational risks.
3. Improve the quality of HSE information available to decision makers at all levels.

Outcome Objectives
4. Reduce the frequency and severity of risks to people and the environment.
5. Reduce the impact of occupational injury or illness.

Enabling Objectives
6. Train, support and motivate personnel to identify and manage workplace hazards effectively.
7. Enable Rovshan Oguz personnel to better manage the HSE performance of service providers
consistent with Rovshan Oguz policies and practices.
