Layout: -
1) Daraz collaborated with the Largest tech giant Ali express and by collaborating with the
Ali express its changed the whole layout and changed the whole user Experience of
website as well as the Application.
2) In the new layout the person can access more products and get better recommendations
according to his search history on the website or show the product which is related to the
person which created the Rich experience on the user end.
3) Many more tabs are added to the main layout to facilitate user as much as possible.

Customer feedback: -
1) Customer feedback allows only the user which bought the specific product can comment
about the product which made this legitimate.
2) In recent scenarios the buyer focuses on the review and customer feedback so they can
get the Valid and Propitiate information about the product.
3) Call service is available for 24/7.

Order tracking: -
1) This Feature of order tracking enables the user get a tracking ID from which he can get
the location of his order.
2) User just need to enter his Tracking id provided when order is placed, previously it was
quite difficult to track the Product.
3) User gets SMS alert, which keeps him updated throughout the products dispatched.
Product Categories: -
1) Daraz offers many products category, main tabs include Daraz mall (daraz official seller
product), D-Mart (general items) and Groceries, fashion and lifestyle, global collection &
Digital saholat.
2) On the upper left corner of web there are plenty of tabs which includes electronic devices,
Accessories, TV& Home alliances, health and beauty & Babies and toys.
3) Others categories include home appliances, lifestyle, women’s and men's wear, sports
and outdoors, automotive and motorbike moreover, Daraz offers a unique feature which
is called flash sale which starts every day and lasts for 24 hours this product category
includes Cheap product in sale by different vendors.

Seller Account Creation: -

1) Daraz offers a separate platform for sellers to enhance the user experience in seller
website when you apply for being a seller there are main 4 categories to become a seller,
daraz mall sellers, local sellers, global sellers, digital saholat.
2) To sign up as a seller there are 3 simple steps to follow, sign up store profile, upload
product to start selling, adopt tools to maximize sales.
3) Sellers center have 3 features for their users which include store builders, vouchers
bundle, and real time campaigns.
