MOVE IN PROCESS
All Move-In requests should be submitted 5 working days before the planned Move In date to avoid any delays in
processing your Move In Permit.
Please submit the completed Move-In Request Form together with ALL required documents (SECTION 4) by e-mail to
contactus@three60.ae for processing within 2 working days. The Security Deposit (SECTION 5) should be provided to
the building Security and / or a copy of the Moving Company Insurance Policy provided with this Move-In Request form.
Your Move In Permit will be issued to the registered e-mail address and the service elevator (if applicable for your
building) will be booked. If you do not have a Move In Permit, the building security will be unable to facilitate any move
in to the building. Non-assigned elevators are strictly prohibited for moving of any items.

SECTION 3.1: OCCUPANT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS


Please tell us if any of the occupants have special needs and may require assistance during emergencies or an
evacuation: (For example: Physically challenged, pregnancy, long term illness, limited mobility, wheelchair bound, etc).
Kindly update security if the status of any occupant changes.

SECTION 3.2: VEHICLE REGISTRATION

Vehicles may only park in their allocated parking spaces as per the title deed for the unit registered with the Land
Department. If you are unsure of the allocated parking space, you may obtain these details from security or by contacting
Three60 Communities.
If access control is applicable in your building and you have not been provided with access cards and or remote controls,
please contact building security or Three60 Communities for the requirements.
Access Cards / Remote Controls that are not revalidated by completing an access card / remote control form
may be deactivated.

SECTION 3.3: PETS

Please ensure to obtain confirmation that pets are permitted in this Community under the Community rules. If pets are
allowed, the occupant must at all times ensure that the pet is in the company of the owner (dogs on leashes at all times).
No animal waste should be left in building common areas and dogs are not permitted to share an elevator with another
user unless approval is first obtained before entering the elevator. Pet owners must comply with UAE and Dubai
authority requirements such as registration and vaccinations where applicable. Any pets occupying the unit, will not be
permitted unless the community rules permit pets in the building.

SECTION 3.4: AIR CONDITIONING START BILLING DETAILS (If applicable in your community)

It is the occupants’ responsibility to obtain clarity in regards to the billing of in unit AC charges. If air conditioning is billed
through a third party or Three60 Communities, the occupant is required to complete all required forms and arrange for
start or end meter readings. Please ensure to obtain requirements for the start reading of your BTU meter to be taken
as directed by building security and or the MEP team.

Moving In: A start reading is to be taken in the absence of which the occupant will be billed from the last reading date.

FYI – When Moving Out: The occupant is required to arrange for a final reading upon which the final bill will be
calculated for payment prior to permitting the move out process.

SECTION 5: ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS & TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand that failing to provide 5 DAYS’ NOTICE OR PROVIDING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, may
result in a delay of the approval of this move in process and will not hold Three60 Communities responsible.
I acknowledge that it is necessary for the Moving Company to provide either a SECURITY DEPOSIT of AED
5,000 in the form of an un-dated cheque in the name of; THREE SIXTY COMMUNITIES - DUBAI OR a copy of
the Moving Company INSURANCE POLICY and photo identification for each attending contracted staff member,
prior to commencing work in the building.
The Security Deposit may also be paid by the occupant moving into the building. Failure by the Moving Company
staff to produce these documents and payment of the security deposit may result in access restriction to moving
companies from entering the building.
I acknowledge that the security deposit is required to cover the COST OF ANY DAMAGE CAUSED to building
common areas during the move and that it is my responsibility to make good any damaged caused within 48
hours. Failure to do so will result in Three60 Communities taking action to repair and deduct the cost from the
Security Deposit. In the event of no damages as inspected by building security, the Security Deposit will be
returned. I will advise the security directly if I wish to be present at the time of inspection to verify claims.
I understand the terms and conditions of the Move In Process and ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
MOVING PROCESS, building common areas and the activities of the Moving Company and have discussed the
process with my selected Moving Company, and they accept their responsibilities to ensure protective measures
are taken to avoid damage to the common areas of the building as per instructions by building security.
I understand that is it my responsibility to clean all common areas and DISPOSE OF ANY WASTE such as cartons
and any form of wrapping in the manner prescribed by the community rules or any instructions from building
security.
I will abide by building and authority rules and not permit this unit to be overcrowded or used for labour
accommodation and accept Three60 Communities will inform the relevant authorities and may impose a fine if I
am found to be in violation of this rule.
I confirm that all information completed on this application is accurate and that fines may be imposed due to
non-compliance of any building rules (included but not limited to) the above.
