    Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc.'s (DANECO) Application for Approval of
    the Power Supply Agreement dated March 11, 2016, Entered into by
    and Between Davao del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc.(DANECO) and
    Mindoro Grid Corporation (MGC), with Prayers for Confidential
    Treatment of Information and Issuance of Provisional Authority, were
    posted at the Bulletin Board of the Provincial Capitol on August 9, 2017
    in compliance with the directives of the ERC.
