Section 1.

Introduction

MacVille is a successful import/export business that is in Sydney for last two


years. It provides espresso coffee machine in both large and small hospitality
clients. Company is planning to expand its business by entering markets of
coffee beans machine to be delivered to most of the hospitality sector. for
those it has set its mission and vision for a period of time frame. Company
has also planned to share its profit to stakeholders to invest and to all
communities in which McVille operate to prosper. Various business strategies
and approaches has been discussed which are mentioned in the following
explanation below.

1. Existing Vision and Mission .


Vision:
 Becoming National Brand within 5 years by providing good facilities to
the customers.
 Become an integral part of the hospitality industry i.e. both large and
small hospitality industry.
 Become key component in the success of hospitality establishment.
Mission:
 To meet efficiency, reliability and sustainability needs of clients.
 To gain satisfied clients towards the services of MacVille.
 Generate sufficient revenue and profit to operate.
Values:
 Stewardship and about adhering to professional and moral standards
of conduct.
 Committed to encourage self-directed teams.
 cultivate leadership.
 Maintain high level of safety.
 Offering appropriate value to the customers.
 Sustainability practice.

2. Current approaches

After reviewing existing mission and vision of the MacVille, it’s clear that
MacVille values will remain same until organization has existed. It has
always focused on moral standards of conduct. for the employees of
MacVille the opinion of CEO is that health and safety requirement will be get
preferences first. Self-directed team is conducted to encourage the
employees, leadership has been cultivated so that aim of MacVille make
easy to achieve. For external response, MacVille has wisely conducted
environmental practises and maintain the strategic planning to make its
customer happy and satisfied.

3. Meeting Notes:

After having response from CEO of MacVille, the General manager has
researched and have talk with CEO. CEO explained about following
points:
 Strategic planning of current business is unable to promote its
product and services as per expected.
 Many more areas of business have evolved now.
 MacVille requires change with innovation of products and
services.
 Evaluation of working styles for improvement in the business
being not limited on our laurels.
 Adopt new technology and new strategy of planning.
 MacVille need to embrace strategic alliances and do partnership
with well-known company of same field.
 Need to be good corporate citizen being active participants in
our locality.
 Share a percentage of profits to wide variety of communities and
non-profit organizations.

Section 2:

1. Existing mission and Vision

MacVille is working on its older strategy from long time and wants to see itself
in a large business market. Current vision is to be the know company within 5
years of time by providing its customers good facilities and it will be integrated
as a part of hospitality industry and perceived its service for taking both large
and small industries. Likewise, its mission is to provide Espresso coffee
machine to large range of hospitality sectors with full range of service so that
they can be satisfied with the service of the MacVille and able to meet the
sustainability, reliability and efficiency need of the clients of hospitality which
can revert as profit and reward to the business.

2. Current approaches
MacVille has always focused its employee’s health and safety first and
encouraged self-directed teams. Company is committed to wise
environmental practices and offering meaningful values to customers. since
last strategic plan was formulated there have been so many developments
and changes which has been an integral part of company’s daily basis and
hence been important to include in mission, vision, and values. Now it has
approached for Incorporate innovation into mission, finding new effective and
efficient ways of customer service, engaging new customers and customer
researching for company profile improvement. Developing and improving
products and services along with changes taking in market.

3. Revised Vision and Mission


Vision:
 MacVille will be a national brand in coming 5 years.
 Will be integral part of hospitality industry.
 Incorporate innovation and development in its coffee machine and services.
 Find new ways to improve the efficiency of processes and effectiveness of
customer solutions.
 Be a good corporate citizen.
Mission:
 To improve the efficiency of processes and effectiveness of customer
solutions.
 To evaluate continually all our processes, challenge our methods and simplify
and improve business.
 Constantly innovate and raise our standards.
 Embrace strategic alliances and seek out new partners for desired outcomes
and strategies.
 Share the profit to a wide variety of communities and non-profit organization
to be a good corporate citizen.

4. Organizational Values

 Integrate innovation in its organizational system to raise its standards.


 Maintain high level of safety.
 Identify what customers and society needs.
 Offering appropriate value to the customers and community where
MacVille operate to prosper.
 Maintain harmonious relation with partnership and strategic alliances.
 Participate in local community and endorse its corporate social
responsibilities.

efficient and effective customer solutions, embrace strategic alliances and
seek out new partners for desired outcomes and strategies and Share the
profit to a wide variety of communities and non-profit organization to be good
corporate citizen.”

MacVille a certain direction but also a first step towards endorsing corporate social
responsibility which will directly boost the business growth.
