This is in consonance with the directive from the Office of the President and the Inter-Agency Force on Emerging
Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) to the LGUs to assist the residents in enforcing their rights to return to their
domicile.

This is issued as a requirement for the travel authority to be issued by the Joint Task Force CV Shield of Cebu
(PNP) subject to other documents that the JTF CV Shield may require.
