DESCRIPTION
BID Security as defined in ITB 13 and SCC reffering to ITB 13
Performance Security 10% of 3V TECH Contract Value
3V TECH to be in subcontractor relation to Petromaint. We understand this is obvious, but as ITB
refers to other kind of relation we woudl need to have different mandate from 3V.

Note
Bid Bond is covered by General Contractor (PM)
Here we can provide Performance Security to General Contractor (PM)
I understand that base on proposed matric PMT will soon be able to define mutual
relation, adressing various aspects from ITB.
Note
as requested by VI-I.4.4,
Evaporation plant will be delivered in skids, fully preassembled, wired to local JB.
With respects to SKID assembly PM needs to do a side assembly, including
interconeting of prefabricated piping under supervision of 3V. PM will be responsible
to wire JB to PLC and Cable motors to MCC. So all categories below needs to
diferentiate
3V needs exact position of TIE IN to fix teh budget, provide plot plant with positions,
numbered according to our TIE INS
Does PM need 3V to supervise cabling and wiring from local JB to PLC and from
motors to MCC?
ONLY PLC option is required. Does PM need 3V to supervise cabling and wiring from
local JB to PLC and from motors to MCC?
Not foreseen
3V only concerns whats related to skid. DCS building, tank farm, pipe rack si by
others
as requested by VI-I.4.4
is this true, add to instrument scope of supply as requested in Section VI (5)3.p
Note
See details in List of Basic Engineering. Tank 33 TOO2 is excluded. We would take 2D
layout of piping identified by PM and make piping engineering based on single line
diagram delivered by PM. Material, assembly, civil engineering will be with PM
See details in List of Detail Engineering.
We will do supervision for items engineered by 3V, for instance tank design and its
erection will not be by us, but by supplier of tank (PM responsibel)
