CAREER OBJECTIVES:
Learner Support Aide (LSA) also known as floaters, teacher aides, para-educators or
instructional assistants. They provide valuable support to classroom teachers.
The main task of Learner Support Aide is to make sure the primary teacher is able to
manage all the students in class. This includes assisting in dealing with student’s
behavior, preparing lesson plans, and checking the test paper and quizzes.
This is not an easy job and can be very stressful especially during this health crisis,
but it is an honorable job which helps mold young minds and develops productive
members of society in this trying times by preparing their seatwork and activities.
