C. COLLECTING INFORMATION
 INGREDIENTS : 2 squares of bittersweet/semisweet chocolate, 2 table spoon whipping cream,
dash almond extract and 8 strawberries.
 THE 1ST STEP : Mix chocolate and whipping cream in a glass or measuring cup, or bowl. Then,
microwave at medium power for 1 minute until the chocolate melts
 THE 2ND STEP : stirring after 30 seconds. Stir in the almond axtract and cool slightly.
 THE 3RD STEP : Dip each strawberries into the chocolate and allowing the excess to drip off.
 THE 4TH STEP : Place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
 THE 5TH STEP : Freeze for approximately 15 minutes in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
 THE LAST STEP: Place it on a plate.
