To whom it may concern,

I have had the pleasure of teaching dance to Emma Kolb at

Dance Integrity for the past 8 years. I have also had the
pleasure of teaching alongside Emma for the past 4 years.
Emma leads by example as a passionate dancer, inspiring
student and a loyal employee.
As a student she exudes passion, dedication, hard work, and
excels by challenging herself in classes, conventions and
competitions. As a teacher Emma expects these same attributes
from her students. As an employee she is incredibly dedicated,
smart and reliable. As a person Emma is confident, outgoing,
hardworking, trustworthy, and a wonderful role model to all of
the other students and dancers.
Emma has made many sacrifices to not only growing as a
dancer but, a teacher as well. Despite her busy schedule and
school work load I know I can always count on her to be on
time and prepared to teach her classes. I am very proud of the
young lady she has become. I have enjoyed both teaching her
and working alongside her. I know that Emma will have great
success in her future.
